kettlebellWhat is CrossFit?  That is the perfect question.  Here’s a video to check out.  CrossFit is for anyone…and it’s for everyone!  If you have never done CrossFit before, we strongly encourage signing up for our “On-Ramp.”  The craziness of CrossFit (barbells slamming the floor, your neighbor yelling and encouraging you from across the gym) can be pretty intimidating for some.  In our OnRamp, we teach you the 9 Foundational CrossFit movements emphasizing the following 10 fitness domains:  Cardiovascular endurance, Stamina, Strength, Flexibility, Power, Speed, Coordination, Agility, Balance and Accuracy.  OnRamp lasts for 4 weeks and we meet 3x a week.  We end every day with a “mini WOD (workout of the day)” introducing your body to the intensity side of CrossFit.  It’s an awesome feeling seeing all the graduates of OnRamp feel more confident and become faster and stronger.
