As someone who keeps a pretty regular workout schedule, I wanted a break from the gym. Bootcamp is exactly that. The workouts are intense but fun and they vary each session so I don’t get bored and neither do my muscles! It seems as if the workouts are planned in way to keep you performing at 100% throughout the entire 1 hour session. Jojo has a passion for fitness, but even more important, a passion for helping people. He is a great motivator and has so many helpful ideas and advice for all things wellness. I would recommend Jojo’s Bootcamps for anyone looking for a fun and challenging change of pace from the gym or someone who is wanting to get their fitness routine jump started!
